There's no way a human will ever understand this. It's likely a problem that is beyond what the human mind is capable of understanding.
- rsfern 4y agoWe can use molecular dynamics to model how proteins fold and interact with different molecules and solvents. It’s very computationally expensive so it doesn’t scale to these huge datasets, but it’s not like we have no tools at all for understanding these processes
