There are some "quality of life" improvements such as a redesigned Task Manager that has a better UI and finally supports dark mode. Tabs in Windows Explorer, etc. These sorts of things. My only issue so far is that you can't drag a document onto an open program on the taskbar (even Explorer) and have it open. You get the "can't do that!" cursor. I don't understand that change at all.
