they're both i5-7600k which officially windows 11 doesn't support. even if I installed a tpm or found one in the motherboard bios, I'd be on an unsupported hardware configuration which doesn't sound like a good long term stability thing. Maybe I'll take a look and see if its in the motherboard bios but I don't think that will solve my problem of minimum requirements being 8th gen and up.
