- dingosity 4y agoIt's a two minute read and completely worth it. Steve Jobs hires a guy who recently oversaw a massive failure. But within the failure he and Ed Catmull saw a guy who could advance Pixar's capabilities and shake people loose from their preconceived notions of "how things are done." Fits in well with the SiliValley received wisdom that we learn a lot from our failures.
