  Cool, will they do piling much deeper than that apartment building that collapsed a few years back due to shifting ground?

    Not sure if you're referring to Surfside [1], which failed due to ignored maintenance in a highly corrosive environment. More importantly, has someone done the math to understand the realistic costs of ongoing maintenance of this building assuming rising sea water, and who is going to hold the bag (some combination of investors, owners, and insurers) if an honest accounting of this hasn't been done.
