Is that UX role part time or meant for overseas remote? That's a pretty low salary for someone who at this point in your company would have a lot of influence and could have great impact.
- jallmann 4y agoThanks for the feedback - it would be a full time position. I know the salary is on the low end, but we're also comfortable taking in and mentoring someone early in their careers (eg, boot camp grads). The expectations might be high, but they would not be working in a vacuum; we have a great team that is able to provide support and guidance to help them succeed.
