Show HN: NavbarLinks – Define, deploy, and maintain navbar links across sites
- readonthegoapp 4y agoI have several sites and I wanted to deploy a global navigation bar (navbar) across all of them, and add and remove links from that navbar over time, all without having to manually update the links on each site. This is my solution. If there is another solution out there, I don't know what it is. Linktree comes close, in a sense, but I don't think they deploy to remote sites (yet). An example can be seen on on my site sites: https://nomeetingsfriday.com/ https://nomeetingsfriday.com/ Right now, the functionality is very limited, as I'm hoping to have user needs drive features instead of my own intuition, which has proven to be pretty bad. Presumably you could deploy the js snippet via a tag manager, like Google Tag Manager, but I haven't tried it yet.
