I have the same issue in Canada. The bank I was using dropped support for email 2FA and only supports SMS now. I look at the alternatives and they all only support SMS or a custom app. There are a few that don't support 2FA at all which I assume just means that they are slow and will push me into SMS 2FA in a few years. I would love to switch to a bank that supported TOTP.
