Gone dark for 25 years when I started to feel exhausted with a more than full time job, a beautiful wife and multiple small (<5yo) kids. My doctor, and old horse, refused to give me beta blockers or other pills. Instead he said "Stop reading newspapers (yes, that was thing then) and drinking coffee. Come back in a couple months." I did and boy, did it change my life for the better!
