I don't know how Musk expects to sell the Twitter subscription for account verification at the same time as heavily reducing or removing the ability to enforce content. These things may not seem fully related, but they're important to stop things like Bitcoin scams, brigading and harassment. These are all things that'll cause people to leave the platform and fast, not to mention run quickly afoul of hate speech laws in other countries.

"things like Bitcoin scams, brigading and harassment" are not content. Bot statements don't count as content for Elon, he absolutely wants them gone. Contradiction isn't harrasment or brigadooning, that will stay. Elon hasn't even said that good manners won't be rewarded. So let's have hope.
