It is surprising how no one is talking about the productivity loss due to social media & entertainment. I feel most people now spend a considerable amount of time on social media, entertainment on both personal & work time. I am not saying companies should impose restrictions on employees but we are living in a generation of 24x7 entertainment. We are definitely less creative and productive compared to workers 20 years ago.
