I can't speak for all business owner, but as a business owner I signed a 5 year lease with an option to renew...so I know my rent price 10 years out. My price only changes at the 5 year market and I knew it when signing the lease. Who are these people where their rent changes 6 months? When we looked around these are fairly common terms... I mean technically our rate increased last year so we are part of some, statistics but it's meaningless.
