Cmd-Tab -> switch apps, in most recently used order, keep Cmd held down and repeatedly tap Tab to cycle though the switcher bar
Cmd-` -> switch windows of current app
Cmd-H -> hide current app
Cmd-Opt-H -> hide other apps
They all work very fast
