I saw a posting the other day that had something like, applicable only in Colorado the range is 150,000 - 200,000 - 250,000.
A range with 3 numbers is new to me.
- elliottcarlson 4y agoLow - Mid - High range isn't uncommon, it's just not as common to see it on a job-listing. Generally you expect someone who is solid in their level to have a compa ratio of 100%, which puts you near the mid part of the band. When you are newer to the level, you would be aligned closer to the low end of the band, and as you progress and near a promotion, you would be edging towards the higher end.
