Is it because the nature of work/programming has changed? Or now you're in a more "leadership/managerial" position that requires you to manage people and ergo feels like overhead.
- edw519 4y agoIt is because the nature of work/programming had changed. I got sucked into "leadership/managerial" a few times but quickly escaped. I just want to build fricking software! It's the coolest thing ever and I was born to do it. Now I have to do it after hours on my own because I'm so damn busy in meetings all day long.
