Working for a game studio and launching a game is a really satisfying experience IMO I think part of is that everyone is working on the same project and has a shared common goal of making the game as good as possible. Plus there's so many different disciplines involved, its really awesome to see everyone's combined talent come together. And as much as there can be some negatives to gaming, I do think games and other entertainment like movies are a net good thing in the world
