Off the cuff, I suspect I would feel proud to work in one of two conditions: A) A place delivering support to those in need, within my geographical community. For example, working for an organization running a food bank, career oriented learning, and similar services. B) A team working on a cutting edge area of science and/or engineering, which would advance human understanding in a way that will lead to overall societal improvement. It's possible though, that I'm conflating pride and fulfillment.
