If you ride a scooter and crash into a pedestrian, you yourself will get hurt as much as the pedestrian. This isn't a car or even a motorcycle.
So this is a problem that will quickly solve itself.
- mnw21cam 4y agoI doubt it. The rate at which you get new riders and old riders forgetting their painful lesson will naturally become equal to the number of people learning a painful lesson, and the number of reckless scooter riders will tend towards a stable equilibrium. I'd say we're already not far away from that equilibrium.
