Certainly I have the equipment to be able to do IP between multiple locations - assuming that nuclear war wouldn't knock out GEO satelites and that not every vehicle and groundstation I have is destroyed. Not sure how useful that would be though. If a groundstation continues to work then even better, that bgan in your bag may well still work - assuming there's not too much radiation and dust in the atmosphere Again, still not sure what the point is. Hardlines between local command areas though - far more useful, and less likely to have been taken out.
