A unified style theory: Serial commas and spaces after a period
- bananarchist 4y agoUnnecessary characters for laziness’ sake means wasted bandwidth for unrendered HTML means wasted energy means this author’s recommendations are causing climate change. Less facetiously, why do serial comma advocates always rely on examples that, comical as they are, are unlikely to be read appositionally in the real world by real thinking readers because such an interpretation would be discarded as nonsense?
