Mikrotik has plenty of switches with those specs, but they won't be able to route at line speed. If you can arrange your network to be primarily switched rather than routed (i.e. all the high speed hosts have their own static IP addresses, and the rest are behind a slower router), then you can do that. Otherwise, you can get a powerful router with 2 SFP+ ports and link an SFP+ switch for the rest.
