Ooooh I like this. I had been noticing a lot more shilling lately, and dead pages from that. If it becomes more popular, it will get gamed, and then get a more complex algorith, etc. Now if we could just persuade political parties in Canada to put in exactly the same rule for candidate races. There was a recent BC NDP scandal in which the leading candidate was booted for going over a line when dragging new members in to vote for her (but it's not clear the winner wasn't also guilty.)
