I'm going to have to agree that self-help books really don't help all that much. What worked for one person doesn't always work for another.
- liucija_lat 4y agoOr even if it is the same solution, the point is to find it ourselves. Like when working on a maths problem, it's not about about getting the right answer from the book or a friend, but learning how to solve it ourselves so that we can crack the next problem easier.
