The FOREX (Foreign Exchange) market is pretty much the wild west of trading at the moment. No central exchange, little to no regulation, etc... On average you'll need around 400K to buy a trading server (Meta Trader, ActForex, Manhattan Platform, etc), market the brokerage, and setup relationships with liquidity providers. Not exactly a stock market, but its the closest to a tangible trading business for someone looking to get into that type of market.
