Yeah. Here in France the number of restaurants with QR code only menus is still small, but as annoying as you describe. And the only time I went to a restaurant where you also had to pay from your phone (by entering manually your CC number!), me and my party just laughed and left. This is the opposite of the restaurant experience. I'd rather buy a sandwich in a supermarket and eat it on a public bench (which is a nice thing to do, weather permitting).
