I mentioned this in another reply, but it bears repeating. Our current PI planning is 2 weeks not counting the half day before in Pre-Planning for PI Planning. I sincerely wish that was a joke. It's a 4 hour team wide meeting to review all work items are ready to be planned during PI planning, as well for us to identify dependencies and schedule meetings with those dependencies. There isn't enough time to to that during the actual planning.
