QR menus was just the tip of the iceberg of a huge downgrade of service during Covid, which still prevails because they’re recovering costs and suffering from huge inflation. There are less staff, worse trained staff, longer waits, reduced menus, increased prices etc in many places now. I get it. It was hard to run a restaurant before the pandemic. I can’t imagine what it’s like now
