I am pretty sure there are cases of jail time across Europe and U.S. for social media posts coupled with sensitive social and political activity in context of said countries. I do not see difference here, except excessive jail time verdict for this Saudi citizen. Furthermore, I wasn't able to find what she posted, and no media mentions content of her tweets, maybe there is some extremely sensitive content there that is not in the interest of western media to shine light upon. Just theory, IDK.
