The thoughtworks case study is repeated. Otherwise wholeheartedly agree. I have delivered plenty of software during 10 PIs, but that was in-spite of SAFe, and the whole thing was harder and slower because of it. Since then, I reorganized a team of ninjas away from the trains and have delivered at 3x the velocity using kanban methodology.
