Isn't this the reason our livers developed the ability to process ethanol anyway? Everyone's body produces some minute amount of alcohol just by eating the right combination of foods. I guess ABS is just this process taken to a level where you no longer need to go to a bar. Just eat a loaf of bread and you're off to space.
