I've had my eye on these 1 liter PCs to replace my aging Haswell Xeon based server (Dell PowerEdge T20). My system still works great and is completely silent but it's very old and a second one I had died recently. I use external hard drives so I really don't need a traditionally sized system. I'd need to squeeze 64GB of ram in though, as the 32 I have currently is occasionally limiting depending on the VMs I'm running.
