  Seriously. If a company spends $5B on a new factory, there will be some investors that only see that their profits dropped $5B that quarter and will sell, completely ignoring that in a year when that factory goes online, they'll be able to match a much bigger demand. I'm not citing any specific event here, just describing the mentality.
