- empiricus 4y agoActually graphics cards will be interdicted because they consume too much electric power. Just like high-end TVs next year.
- CamperBob2 4y agoThat's not the dumbest idea in the world. The USB people had the sense to use a higher voltage to keep the I^2*R losses down. USB PD 3.1 can handle 240 watts over an appropriately-rated Type C cable, so 3 such cables could handle the load with some margin to spare. PC power supplies could do worse than to move in that direction.
