I followed your link and it shows that ~1% of customers tracked are without power. This could be due to any number of reasons but it’s not like this is anywhere near catastrophic. Grid issues tend to be related to huge spikes in usage or significant acute damage to supply. EVs don’t need to be charged constantly and therefore can be charged in a way that smooths out demand.
