Saudi Arabians are Arabs, and Arabs are a Semitic people, along with the Jews. Hebrew and Arabic belong to the Semitic branch of the Afro-Asiatic language family, which likely originated in the Middle East/Northern Africa.
Not that language family origin is a reliable basis for race, since the Finns and Estonians speak a Finno-Ugric language, unrelated to Indo-European, while Hindi actually is Indo-European language, and most people consider Finns to be white but not Indians.
But a lot of this is from populations intermixing. Indo-Europeans went south and intermarried with the Dravidians living there, and Sanskrit won. Similar to Spanish in South/Central America. The Finns came from farther east, and intermarried with Indo-Europeans, but Finnish won.
Race is a nebulous concept, but insofar as it means a bag of genes common only in a population, Arabs in general don't share much with Europeans iirc.
