- usrusr 4y agoA bureaucratic system selects for people who are good at that kind of process. Unsurprisingly, they aren't too eager to change the environment they thrive in.
- eunos 4y agoIndian civil service do have stronger gravitas compared to other civil service. Looking from Indian Civil Services Examination, it really attracts huge amount of talents and required preparations.
