That USPTO link is really good. Lots of resources. I have been so focused on patent searches that I never looked for filing resources. Also, I remember such resources not being available a couple of decades ago. Thanks.

There is a reason a third party is used for patent legalese, because it is fraught with these types of landmines. It is advised that an innovator should not do patent searches to avoid getting into tricky situations afterwards in case someone challenges her/his patent.
- empty_array 4y agoWhile that's generally true, something you don't have a choice. The good news is I have yet to find any issues.
