I want to use Jellyfin, however, I require mobile app downloads/syncs. I load up my iPad with content for trips and I'm not willing to give that up.

- m0ngr31 4y agoYou can download things in the Jellyfin app. You'll just have to use a different app to play the files (on Android at least. Not sure about iOS)
- Handytinge 4y agoThis is not the case on iOS. It is possible in Safari however.
- stock_toaster 4y agoI do this with the infuse client on ios, and it works quite well.
- Handytinge 4y agoThe iOS app is open source, so you are welcome to contribute a PR: https://github.com/jellyfin/jellyfin-expo https://github.com/jellyfin/jellyfin-expo It's maintaned by a single developer in his spare time, so I'm sure he'd appreciate it!
