Okay, new book added to my reading list.
The book reminds me of the movie Moon from 2009 (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Moon_(2009_film) https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Moon_(2009_film)) that had clone workers with limited life span. Really great story and execution, even though low budget.
After Snowpiercer, I'll watch anything Bong will do. I am sure it will be really great.
- OnionBlender 4y agoThat's a giant spoiler for Moon. Hopefully everyone has already seen it.
- SkinTaco 4y ago2009 was 13 years ago
- r2_pilot 4y agoWhile true, there are a subset of humans whose age precludes them from having the same opportunities to see it, in addition to those people who are part of the 10,000(of xkcd fame). There's only been 4,885 days in which anyone could choose to watch the film, and I'm sure many people have filled them without even having heard of the film whether they'd enjoy it or not.
- an_aparallel 4y agoDoh - my friend keeps telling me to watch it - i got bored it the first half, and he told me to stick with it....there's a massive twist...pls edit that post :/
