That govt org has NO teeth. They should be able to bite a billion or 2 for gross violations, and disburse it to EVERY non-management employee and contractor in affiliation with Amazon.
But instead, it's a cost of doing business, and anti-union tactics lives on.
- ETH_start 4y agoWe should be thankful for its toothlessness. The laws are blatant violations of private property and contracting rights, and don't belong in a free society.
