Amazing work. I'm also interested in digitizing artifacts and historic places, but haven't been able to figure out how to go about getting a project off the ground. Any chance you'd do a write up explaining how you were able to get this project set up? I'm more interested in the logistics and the red-tape you had to go through in order to get access to do the scans. I see you've got a business setup around it as well, are you hiring? The jobs page leads to the blog right now.

Thanks, and yes, I haven't blogged about this yet but will. It's really important that the local teams that make these scans happen are featured prominently.
