- jleyank 4y agoMad. Bet that Taiwan lacks nukes? Maybe not enough to matter but (rogue) states have surprised people. And Ukraine demonstrated that there’s no other option to guarantee borders. I think they have the tech chops to do it. Material can be “found”.
