  “After Twitter took him to court in Delaware to force his hand, Musk relented and the two sides got back to negotiations.” Did any proceedings actually occur in the Delaware court, or did Musk just come to his senses and decide that the court would likely force him to follow through with the agreement, and he’d rather not lose 4B in any case…

    Pre-trial proceedings did actually occur in the Delaware court. They all went pretty badly for Musk which is why he relented before the trial began.
