- PaulHoule 4y agoIf feedback isn't worth giving right away, it's not worth giving at all. Should your furnace check your thermostat once a year? Yearly performance reviews are a tool narcissists use to make themselves look good at the expense of the rest of us. Immediate feedback is priceless.
