"Give an example of how you used Amazon's Leadership Principle, Customer Obsession, in your current position." "I just did that in the last interview." "Oh, I just wanted to see if you could extrapolate or give another example." "But... I just... told you..." My god that gives me nightmare flashbacks to that horrible process.
