Feature not a bug. Recruiters want qualified applicants, not applicants. The easier the application the more absolutely stupid applications you get. If you've ever handled incoming resumes you know what I mean. I'm not saying the line cook couldnt learn how to become a lead software engineer but they probably should at least have some experience as a developer first. HR/recruiting and the managers actually with open roles dont always have the same goals.
