Still waiting on that sweet inflation adjusted pay raise.

- rr888 4y agoRight, I think tech is a little different because salaries went up so much in the last 10 years. For most workers there are big shortages and raises everywhere. I know the people I've been involved in hiring are up 10-20% from pre-covid, even social security is up 8.7% for next year.
