You'll get better service at the Toyota dealer, though. My wife bought a Dell XPS desktop (from the local Microcenter). Was crashy and unreliable from day one. We ran various tests, including the ones supplied by Dell, and couldn't suss out the problem. Two trips to the Microcenter tech counter found nothing. They told us if the automated tests didn't find anything, they couldn't get a warranty replacement from Dell. Our own probing suggested a memory issue, either the SSD or the RAM. We did some part swapping and found that it was indeed bad ram. New ram solved all the issues.
So we did fix it (with no warranty coverage), but it was a painful and unnecessary experience. So count us in the 'Dell is junk' column. We've never had a problem like that with an Apple product (and I've been using Apple products since 1979).
