I'm in the same situation. One company that was interested in me would have offered me a junior position as a "full-stack" dev, that should also be able to do "some embedded work". Also they don't "track hours", which is illegal in my country. Jumping through hoops during the process has also left a sour taste in my mouth.Even after spending hours on an application, cover letter, customizing my CV, often no response comes. Even a form letter would be better than nothing! It feels like I'm sending a part of myself into the void.
