Not the worst theory I've come across. However, it sounds a bit metaphysical.

- beardedman 4y ago> Matter thinking about itself. But this is my point. In regards to conscienceness; we have no "matter" to point to - unlike something like memory, sensory input, etc. EDIT: I guess the entire organ you could point to in this case. :)
- mensetmanusman 4y agoAsking why there is anything is also metaphysical. Metaphysics is where the interesting unanswerable questions are :)
